Dome shaped head of the bolt and cone shape of out are both recessed and this makes it impossible to remove with a wrench once the hex portion of nut has been sheared off.

Assembly consists of:
• 2-piece Fit Lock device
• Super Duty thimble
• Galvanized carriage head bolt
• Lock washer
• Torque nut
Assembly Instructions
1. Fabricate the thimble eye sling and swage the sleeve.
2. Slip shackle into thimble.
3. Place both halves of the Fit Lock device in the center of the thimble.
4. Insert carriage head bolt into the hole in the center of the device halves.
5. Place washer over bolt threads and spin torque nut onto bolt threads.
6. Using a hex head or socket wrench, tighten torque nut until the hex portion of the nut shears off.
